Reigate Over 50 & Strong – Refund Policy
At Reigate Over 50 & Strong, client satisfaction is extremely important to us. We are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, guidance, and support to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and sets clear expectations for both parties.​

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

Initial Consultation or Assessment Fees: These are non-refundable once the session has been delivered.

Personal Training Packages and Coaching Programs: Refunds may be considered only if the request is made within 14 days of purchase and no more than one session has been used.

Unused Sessions: Refunds may be offered on unused sessions only if there is a valid reason such as medical advice not to continue, supported by documentation.

2. Timeframe for Requesting a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the purchase date.

After 14 days, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.

3. Refund Conditions
​
Refunds may be processed under the following circumstances:

Medical Condition: If you are unable to continue due to injury or illness, and provide medical documentation, a partial refund for unused sessions may be issued.

Relocation: If you move more than 15 miles from Reigate and can no longer reasonably attend sessions.

Service Issues: If you believe the service provided has not been delivered as agreed, please contact us to discuss. We aim to resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind

Lack of time or personal motivation

Failure to attend scheduled sessions

Results not achieved due to lack of adherence or effort

4. Non-Refundable Items
​

Monthly memberships, group programs, workshops, and digital products are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Promotional offers, discounted packages, and special rates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Partial Refunds
​
Where applicable, partial refunds will be calculated based on:

The full price of sessions already delivered (not the discounted rate of the package)

An administration fee of up to 10% of the remaining balance may be applied to cover processing and scheduling time.

6. Transfers and Credits
Instead of a refund, clients may choose to:

Transfer remaining sessions to another eligible individual (must be approved by Reigate Over 50 & Strong)

Receive session credit to be used within 6 months
​
7. Cancelled or Missed Sessions

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
