One of the biggest misconceptions I see among people over 50 is the belief that they need the perfect exercise programme before they can start getting stronger.

Not because someone is standing over you telling you what to do. But because accountability helps bridge the gap between intention and action.
It keeps your health visible.
It reminds you of the standards you've set for yourself.
And it helps prevent a missed workout from becoming a missed month.
