Step One - Free Discovery Session

We discuss your goals, lifestyle and current health to determine the best starting point.

 

We will then take you through your ideal workout that matches your goals and abilities.

Step Two- Personalised Health Plan

If you do decide to become one of our clients, we will start by designing you a personalised exercise, nutrition and sleep plan that fits perfectly with your goals, abilities and lifestyle. 

​

​It will include easy-to-implement exercise routines, meal plans and lifestyle habits and behaviours.

Step Three- Personalised Health & Fitness Coaching

The personalised coaching and training we provide can be either in person at our private training studio in the heart of Reigate or online. 

​

Each coaching session will include a review of the previous week, covering what you ate, how you exercised and how you managed your sleep and recovery, and what changes we need to make for the coming week.

​

We will then take you through a training session covering cardio, strength, flexibility, and stability training. Based around your goals and requirments. 

Nutrition Facts Review

Step Four- Review & Assess

Every four weeks we review how you are doing, what went well, what could have gone better, what changes we need to make for the coming four weeks.

​

We assess your health markers, fitness, strength, flexibility and diet. To make sure we are progressing at the right pace, and delievering the results that you have hired us to help you achieve.
